We were greeted warmly on arrival and pointed to a complimentary afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the loch which was delightful. The staff without exception were friendly, smiling and very helpful. Our room was a luxury loch view and was stunning. Everything was immaculate and the bathroom was beautiful. At dinner we chose from a large selection of Indian cuisine. Our curry and garlic nan was delicious. The homemade Kulfi was incredible, you must try it! The menu was extensive and included dishes from pretty much every corner of the globe. We found there would be something for absolutely everyone. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods. The views from this hotel are amazing and we slept so well.. Ashly was a standout member of staff for the best customer service ever.

We were pleasantly surprised at check in when we were told that they had upgraded us from a King room with balcony to the superior suite. It was huge with a balcony overlooking the loch, sitting area, dining table, and fireplace. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with a soaking tub and separate shower. The Lodge has a restaurant and separate bar area. Breakfast was tasty. There was a large buffet and also hot foods that could be ordered. We had dinner there one night and appreciated the varied menu. It's a great location from which to explore many areas: Fort William, Glencoe, Loch Ness. The view of the loch from our balcony and the restaurant was stunning.

From first walking through the door, the staff were exceptional and friendly. The setting was stunning, the food excellent. We loved the little cosy pub within the hotel. We wanted a peaceful getaway for our anniversary, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. The night manager (sorry not so sure of his name) was extremely helpful and friendly, and Bhavitha in the restaurant was lovely too. Food arrived quickly and was some of the best food we have eaten. We would recommend the Butter chicken and Kulfi. Could have stayed for longer and wish we had. We will definitely come back at some point.

The food in the place was amazing and the complimentary afternoon tea with homemade cookies and cakes was a great touch!! Set in a beautiful location overlooking the loch and surrounding hills with it's own small pebble beach with benches was great too. If you go, we highly recommend the spa treatments, for being within the hotel itself, the prices for the treatments were extremely reasonable and the treatments themselves were fantastic!!! Breakfast in the morning too was delicious with plenty of choice from the hot and cold buffets. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with great staff and excellent food overall. The breakfast is small but has everything you need and is replenished constantly. There is ample hassle free parking. The Spa is small but good prices with great knowledgeable staff. The weather was not kind when we were there but with our balcony we still had great views and wonderful memories. The underfloor heating in our room was great as was evening turn down service and plenty of bottled water with good selection of tea and coffee provided in the room
